Hey friends, our new episode is looking at one section of DBT. We look at a handful of distress tolerance skills. These are: TIPP, STOP and Radical Acceptance. Distress Tolerance skills have been really beneficial on my BPD journey. They teach you how to self soothe and live in the present.
