Absolutely revolutionning health podcast

Abel podcast's just changed my life. It made me aware of the need to eat healthy, stay away from processed foods and to eat tons and tons of fat.

first, there is the voice :), then the kindness and lastly but not least, the content. I have been listening to every show for quite a while now (about 10 months -october 2012) and apart from one or two, these shows have been immensely useful to me, and a great fun to listen too. My wife is hooked now also. Tks for you kindness, putting others first, your humility, you selection of guests, all that making a great great show to listen too, probably the best on fitness/paleo but also in the whole podcast industry. I don't have TV, i live in France, and i subscribe to a lot of podcasts, i like to think I have good taste, too :). Tks Abel for all your hard work, deeply appreciated.
