Katy Bowman excels at demonstrating how our body works and the natural mouvement it requires. Each show is instructive, enlightening, and particularly entertaining. Thanks to Katy’s revolutionary approach on biomechanics and her amazing teaching skills, I’ve learned how to THINK about how I move, and how to ANALYSE my movement and my environnement by myself. I feel like I’m now in charge of my own body and able to make the best choices which every breath and step that I take. Katy and her host Dannie share their brightness with fun, jokes and puns that reflect well on their liberating approach to life.
