Ms. Allen Atukunda, a DT supervisor with 23 years of tax practice, experience in taxpayer service, arrears and objections management, participated in the re-engineering of DT business processes that gave birth to the current e-Tax system. She was also a core member of the Integrated Tax Systems Enhancement Project. Currently, Allen supports DT’s mandate of revenue mobilization by providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders in the Business Policy division.

Mr. Charles Mua, an income tax guru with 27 years of tax practice, experience in taxpayer service, managing compliance as a Tax Auditor and has used this knowledge to inform the business process re-engineering that gave birth to the e-Tax and is now supporting Revenue mobilization by policy interpretation.
