Talking about a major leadership failure that almost kept me from an incredible opportunity one of the last days while I still lived in St. Louis. In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I share a leadership talk I gave for my non-profit, NALA(STEM)'s Professional Development Series. I talk about leadership being more than a title and it being focused on influence. I mention it a lot but it's worth repeating. In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I talk with Dominique Graham.
