Kristine Simmons helped launch the Partnership for Public Service’s Center for Presidential Transition, which provides resources, data and hands-on support to promote a smooth transfer of power between presidential administrations. She is a Principal at Rose Communication LLC, and worked in congress and in the Bush White House.
