The Long Winded History of BGLK

The Long Winded History of BGLK

Everyone starts somewhere, and BGLK has a whole story.
In 2014, I decided to finally take the plunge on a blog idea I had. And this year I sat down to talk about what beginning that was like. Everything you see here, started with an iPhone 6+ and my determination to make it so that Black people looking to learn more about ADHD had a resource that touched on the cultural element of living with ADHD.
And that made for a lot of wonderful moments. Lots of tears, lots of laughter, and lots of work!
