We look at homelessness as a pregnant situation instead of an emergency. So, we try to offer people permanent housing, we let others we cant afford to help, even with billions of dollars, suffer a miserable existence. We can change all this by a simple shutin perspective. Look at homelessness as an emergency. Offer people temporary housing that is designed specifically for their mental health and productivity needs....
