Love to Sew Podcast

I really loved this podcast… fun, interesting and informative. Helen and Caroline are great hosts. I use patterns from Helen’s Closet company and they are very good indeed. But now the’ve set up a pay to listen system. Initially they said it would not stop there being free episodes but sadly none since November 2023. As a person who has to watch their budget, I can’t subscribe to every service that disappears behind the paywall. I have to make choices… I can’t subscribe to Love To Sew (and others) and still spend money on the hobby that inspires me to listen to the podcast… Sewing. Paywalls are popping up everywhere…it may backfire as regulars like me unsubscribe. It’s easy to say it’s just the price of a coffee (they all say that). Just remember that many of us can’t /don’t buy 6$ coffees except as a very occasional treat.

This is my second podcast ever! After discovering the Style Sew Me one I wanted to find another one about sewing and I was deligthed to find yours! I discovered so many sewing entrepreneurs and their stories are a huge inspiration and motivation for me (especially the Heather Lou episode :) I also would like to join a sewing community in Paris, you make it seems so enjoyable!

Just to discovered the episode thanks to Heather Lou's makers journal! I binged on several episodes already like I'm on Netflix! You made me want to start a sewing community here in Paris. Can't wait for next week's episode! Love your energy girls!
