Question for next mailbag
Hi Gill! I love your content, so congrats for that! I have one question about match-up. In fact, Djokovic spoke about his hard fights against Spanish players. Since his second period of his career (after his come back in 2018), Djokovic struggle against RBA & PCB: Why? I mean, both players have great baseline game but no power (Like Alcaraz or ADF) and no serve (like Medvedev who has the same baseline game). It's very strange because Djokovic is the best returner in the world so he has to take advantage on that! At contrary, he did not bother by Schwartzman or ADM (I think it is pretty the same game than RBA and PCB: flat game, good baseline, good backhand). I'm very curious to get your opinion on that! Thanks a lot.
Best tennis analysis !
Question for mailbag :) : Could you be the first in the tennis world to start pronouncing « Wawrinka » correctly ? (Hint: it’s not Vavrinka)
Thanks
