Well informed, scientifically based nutrition

Always on spot studying the latest scientific studies to try to understand what’s best for us. A great podcast to complement the book

Great podcast with lots of information and facts about living healthy

Great podcast with lots of information and facts about living healthy. Dr. Greger looks at peer reviewed medical studies that involve diet and comment on the conclusions, biases, and recommendation. One of my favorite podcasts.

Vegetarian bias

While there are plenty of facts and good info here, of course the positive evidence behind meat consumption/animal products is ignored or downplayed as the host is pro vegetarian/vegan, which audience should be aware of as it's not clear from the 'headline'. One size doesn't fit all, get your info from range of nutrition sources (most have biases but at least you don't go too far down one rabbit hole and find something that works for you).
