In this episode I talk about a something I feel is taken for granted. KINDNESS. Changing a life could be just as simple as being kind. Stepping out what could be a comfort zone to go out of the way for some one could mean more than you know to someone. 

In this episode I go over the importance of the title of the podcast, not only for me but why it should be important for us all. Hear what the my original plan was for the name and what happened around that time that made me change it to what it currently is now.
