Tom and Owen return this week to talk Ulster's smash and grab, Leinster's big loss at altitude, Munster's big win, Connacht's demolition of Zebre and the Irish women's loss to England.

The three lads are back this week to discuss the European quarter-finals, preview the upcoming URC games, and have a look at Ireland versus England and what would constitute a good result.

Some of the tepid boys are back, but some are not as they go over the European Round of 16 games and look forward to the quarter-finals, as well as Ireland v Wales in the Women's Six Nations.

The provinces are back and so are The Tepid Boys to talk rugby, because that is what they do. They also cover the Irish womens gutsy performance in France and look ahead to all the weekend's action.

The lads talk about the Ireland win against Scotland as well as the Men's Six Nations as a whole. They also look forward to the upcoming URC games and the Women's Six Nations.
