Finding themselves wonderfully aligned in mission and method, they co-founded Trauma-Informed Law. Together, they bring a unique combination of legal expertise and somatic resources to lawyers and law students via training, coaching and consultancy - supporting them to acknowledge and navigate human responses within legal practice. Her career has spanned both criminal and commercial law and she has experience providing trauma-focused support within the complex dynamics of courts, prisons and corporate settings. Through her company, Coyra Coaching, she offers somatic coaching and tailored support for individuals and businesses navigating distress and trauma, particularly in the context of workplace conflicts, investigations and legal processes.  Camilla is a somatic coach and trainer. She was a barrister for 23 years practising in Family law and crime. She left the Bar 4 years ago, set up Catch Yourself offering specialist support in the TV and Legal Industries for those who work on traumatic content for eg True Crime and blue lights programmes. She is proud to have major broadcasters, networks and production companies as clients.
