My new favourite way to meditate!
I happened upon this podcast after trying a few different meditation apps and techniques and this is my new favourite.
Listening to Adam’s stories helps me to truly focus on something other than my own anxieties and the exercises are really well thought out.
The episodes are beautifully put together and a true joy to listen to!
