I love this podcast. I’m fairly young into my career but had the opportunity to meet Richard and work with him briefly here in Paris. Its been so refreshing to understand how even senior managers and professionals further down the road learn how to add dynamite to their teams. It’s given me a frame work to understand how to manage my manager as a direct report and to pay attention to my own behaviors as I grow. I struggle with limiting noise in agile environnements, such as Uber, and Richard’s insight into this has been priceless. A gem. I’m excited to keep listening!

I’d recommend the impact multiplier CEO podcast for anyone in a position of responsibility in business. If you have a team or even better a multi-level organisation then you will find plenty of relevant insights thought-provoking ideas and practical actions. The conversations get past general leadership platitudes and always take an interesting and provocative view on the practical constraints surrounding getting the best out of people in driving strategic change in business. And the style is informal, positive and direct. Good stuff!
