A family of abandoned AI humanoid robots living among humans

After hearing David Sloly at a recent talk, I was curious to give this a try. I’m glad I did. It is hilarious in parts - with my favourite character being ‘Dojo.’ Created, written, and produced by David Sloly and performed by a slightly dystopian, distorted AI, this takes the banality and boredom away from my gym sessions, and I don't care if everyone else sees me laugh out loud, chortling and spluttering over the rowing machine.

Made in AI is brilliantly funny, cleverly executed yet mildly disturbing. Highly recommended.

As an example of the power of AI, this is a neat party trick, but as a creative endeavour it’s devoid of any integrity, voice, meaning, message or value. As mentioned by the creator themselves, AI makes the ideas, AI writes and records the scripts, AI handles post-production. At no point has a person done anything more creative than choosing one from a list of outputs, so I’m left thinking: what is the point? This is just chaff. Worthless, soulless, pointless and not even all that funny.
