Fab podcast

Really great relatable podcast, with an engaging host who shows a genuine interest in his guest. Ideal for people with adhd, think they might have it, or want to better understand a loved one with it.

(However I would recommend avoiding the Gizzi Erskine episode. Itโ€™s full of misinformation, very judgemental, and potentially quite a damaging listen for anyone who isnโ€™t super confident in their diagnosis - and for those who are itโ€™s just infuriating. Alex does a great job of trying to counter her points, but she just bulldozes and nuance heโ€™s trying to insert).

Eye opening!

I never normally leave reviews, but this is a fantastic series with totally varied guests and professionals in ADHD. Itโ€˜s opened my eyes to my (late-diagnosed) self! I feel understood listening to it. Alex is a superb host who lets his guests speak, but offers his own insights too. Justus great series. You arenโ€™t alone!

Iโ€™m only a few episodes in & have found every listen so informative & helpful. Appreciate having things like this to listen to!
