REVIEW 2.0 - 4 years on.
Hi again - I wrote a review that was read out in Coolidge part 1. I was 17 at the time and did end up going as Calhoun for Halloween lol. I am 21 now and still listening to your podcast pretty much every day. I have started and restarted many times but have now nearly caught up with you - FINALLY. Just want to thank you for continuing to make such an amazing podcast that has helped me in numerous pub quizzes (one question being which type of building was synonymous with these presidents: Jackson, Polk, Fillmore, Pierce etc. it was LOG CABIN!) Anyway, thank you Rob and Jamie. You’re educating a British generation who are institutionally ignorant about American Politics :))) - Anabelle
Brilliant!
I started this by way of research into George Washington, intending only to listen to that episode. But got drawn in by the humour and historic detail - and have finally caught up - just finished Nixon. I’m also now listening to the Roman series. It’s a great way of learning history without too much effort, and having fun at the same time. There’s excellent interplay between the hosts. I’m now looking forward to learning more about presidents I lived through.
