Thank you Heather - your podcast is brilliant! It’s easy to understand, entertaining and above all informative and inspirational. I’m fairly new to Ayurveda. It’s been something I’ve dipped in and out of over the past few years and although I religiously tongue scrape, mediate and do yoga I’m now ready to learn and live a more Ayurvedic way of life. This podcast has helped me move forward and I really appreciate everything you do. Thank you again:)
