In 2020, she started working with Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke and implemented the Work Well, Live Well programme as part of the Wood Innovations 5 year growth plan which commenced in January 2021. Edwina loves the outdoors, walking, hiking and running. She is also the Vice-President of Newry Chamber of Commerce, a Mentor with both Women in Business and the Career Ready Programme with St Mary's High School. A busy lady with an inspiring story!

In this episode Belinda meets Aileen Mark, a Business Manager with Riada Resourcing, a recruitment company who have operated for 23 years across Ireland and the UK. Aileen is responsible for managing the recruitment, selection and induction of temporary workers within local Councils. Aileen completed Health Champion training through the Work Well Live Well programme delivered by local charity Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke and funded by the Public Health Agency in 2023 and has a collaborative approach to workplace health alongside 3 other Riada Health Champions. Aileen is passionate about health and wellness, experiencing first-hand the positive effects a sustainable and balanced lifestyle can have on our lives.
