Customer Reviews
Very interesting
This podcast has some great content. It’s very easy in academia to go down a rabbit hole with your own research area, so it’s nice to hear about a broad range of topics. However, I had to take a star off because the audio quality is pretty poor. It’s very noticeable after listening to other podcasts. If you ignore that though it’s a solid 5 stars.
Excellent podcasts
Highly recommended for anyone working, researching or interested in the broad multidisciplinary fields of sport, exercise, physical activity, nutrition and lifestyle medicine and science. High level scientific dissemination in an easy to listen and engaging format. Easily digestible. Keeps me up to date! Keep up the great work!
