Working my way through the episodes and I feel compelled to leave a review as they are so informative, relaxed and uplifting. Jamie answers all our burning health questions and breaks down how to be a better version of ourselves in very simple terms. I will be listening back to the weightlifting for women segment as so many golden nuggets. Also I love Jamie’s accent☺️
