Surprising stories!

This is the inside track on building a business from founders and leaders who’ve been there. And told openly as both the highs and the lows are in there!

I really like that most of the guests are sharing stories that I’ve not heard elsewhere. In particular Chris Ormrod on his career in cake and Emily Delve on energy and recycling were fantastic listens.

If you want an honest insight into what it’s like to run a large business then this one is for you!

Just finished first episode

This has been on my list to listen to for a while, I have just finished the first episode regarding Watergate Bay. How interesting listening to the story of the business and how it has diversified over the years but still maintains a family ethos. Good listening for people who are interested in business and the local community.

Interesting and engaging

Have really enjoyed listening to a number of the episodes in this podcast - particularly the ones with Dave Harland, Charles Courtenay and Hugo Tagholm.

The host is great at listening and asking some good questions whilst developing a rapport with his guests.

Good for those interested in business in general.
