Ep. 93 How To Start Investing, Clear Your Debt & Take Control Of Your Finances With Simran Kaur

Simran Kaur is a VC, angel investor, financial columnist and the founder of Girls That Invest, the world’s largest investing podcast for women. She’s received so many accolades in her time, from Young New Zealander of the Year, to Forbes30u30, but she’s started out in healthcare as an optometrist who read a few research papers on investing. Her journey is fascinating, and she was so so full of actionable advice. My favourite quote of hers is, ‘it takes someone intelligent to explain something simply’. She is a quintessential example of exactly that.

Ep. 91 How To Reinvent Yourself After A Setback With Trinny Woodall

Trinny Woodall is an icon of British fashion & beauty. She’s built her beauty and skincare brand Trinny London from a kitchen table idea into a behemoth business worth hundreds of millions. But to say it’s been a journey to get to this point is an understatement. Trinny has had to pick herself up and start anew over and over again, experiencing heartbreaking loss and personal struggles along the way. Her career is one of many chapters and a true lesson in having the courage to reinvent yourself.

Ep. 89 How To Make Sure Mondays Don't Suck With Timm Chiusano

Ep. 89 How To Make Sure Mondays Don't Suck With Timm Chiusano

Timm Chiusano is corporate America’s batman. By day he’s a VP at a Fortune 100 company, managing a team of over 200 people plus an 8 figure P & L. By night, he’s a TikTok star with over 1m followers and 50m likes. In many ways he’s the perfect guest - we spoke all about work advice from corporate america, his journey to VP with no degree. But we also spoke about what it’s like to be a TikTok star in your mid forties, and his strategy for success on the app. Timm is an incredible person, and I can’t wait for you to listen to this episode.

Ep. 88 The Grit It Takes To Turn Your Idea Into A Billion Dollar Reality With Whoop's Will Ahmed

Ep. 88 The Grit It Takes To Turn Your Idea Into A Billion Dollar Reality With Whoop's Will Ahmed

I don’t want to offend the other guests, but Will Ahmed might be the most impressive guest we’ve ever had on this podcast. Aged just 22, whilst still a student at Harvard, he founded Whoop, a wearable health tracker that measures the minutiae of your heart rate data to give you insights on your strain & recovery.
10 years later, the company is worth $3.6 BILLION and Whoop is worn by athletes across the world, from LeBron James to Michael Phelps. Will’s story is properly incredible, but what’s even more amazing is his advice on how to find success & sustain it.

Love this podcast

Interesting guests and a variety of topics of discussion.

Miss.N.Pre5tge ,

Let your guest speak!

I wanted to listen to the recent Timm Chiusano episode. I lasted 15mins because he hardly had a chance to speak.
The podcast has amazing guests with lots of knowledge and great stories to tell! So please look at the reviews and take note of what people are saying!

rach_podz ,

Let your guest talk more!

Really enjoy the topics you cover and the guests you invite. I found that you do tend to go for quite a bit on your opinion/ perspective rather than letting your guest speak and you just focusing on the question and maybe offering 1-3 sentences in reply rather than hogging the airtime :) hope this is constructive in some way
