Can Long Covid go into remission? What about ME/CFS?

On this episode I explore the possibility of remission with Long Covid, and try to understand how the crash and relapse cycle works. Are better days remission? or can Long Covid go into a full blown longer phased remission? is that possible?
I discuss my own experience and question if I have experienced a phase of remission last summer.
I consider research for remission for people with ME/CFS, as this condition has been around a very longtime surely research on remission exists? I also discuss ME/CFS and the history behind the  "all in your head" theory, has a historical opinion and moment in time, prevented appropriate research and treatment?
