How often do you look to the world for who God is? The best way to look for God is to see Jesus in the way that you and those around you love. The story of the woman at the well, in John 4, shows that Jesus knows what you need, has a plan for you, and invites you back to Him. Jesus is all around in the way that people love and you can share that same love with those around you. In what ways can you look for who God is through Jesus?

Did you know that you live in a spiritual world? In John 3, Jesus shows Nicodemus to see that the world that he lives in is more than just a physical world and that Jesus offers more than what Nicodemus could ever bring to make life complete and whole. Have you ever felt like you’re living in a cliffhanger, not sure what’s going to happen next? Mark 16:2-8 teaches that when Jesus died on the cross, the people around him felt like that, too. Do you ever find yourself in a moment where life get’s really hard to deal with and all hope is lost? Thanks to Jesus, you can finds help and hope in him! The story of the paralyzed man in Mark 2 reveals that Jesus forgives the brokenness inside so that you can walk away with a testimony to point others back to him. The 15 second transformation story is a great tool to share your story with others and to invite them to discover one for themselves. Take time to reveal who in your life needs your support and who you can share Jesus with.

Wherever you find yourself in the conversation around mental health, cling to God, support one another, and pray. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 says, "All praise to God, the Father our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us." Mental health professionals Jennifer, Rasheda, and Mike are helpers who have received God's comfort to comfort others. As you join in the conversation, reflect on what ways you need to invite God's comfort into your own life, and to show up and offer God's comfort to others in your life. Pepple need all kinds of support, but always remember that your ultimate Helper is Jesus, the one who struggled and conquered struggle himself.
