Perfect balance of mindfulness, humour and intelligence

Tara Brach’s talks and meditations have been part of my daily life for years now. She has a calming, soothing voice and speaks intelligently about how to cope with life in terms of our inner struggles and outside challenges. She mixes in humour, which mostly works, not always. The practice of RAIN should be staple of any school or informal learning.
