Welcome to the fourth episode of the new podcast series, highlight the voices of rural Wales.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. During this pandemic, millions of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle. In this raw podcast, Alastair Morgan, Chairman of Wentwood YFC in Gwent, shares his thoughts from the past year, and how staying connected has played an important role in maintaining his personal wellbeing over this time. Never being one to dwell, he fondly shares with us some of his memories as a member, and some words of wisdom on hay-making, as he often wonders "who's eating it - the horse or the owner"!
