Chatting tea with the lovely Tim D'Offay :)

Oh what a pleasure it is to chat with Tim about his tea life and tea culture across the world. We have the pleasure to hear about the new book he is writing, his tea work at Postcardteas, the European Tea Growing movement, climate change and tea growing, tea processing, tisanes, tea ceramics and much more. I have so much respect for Tim and his team and their wonderful work on provenance in tea and supporting fair pay for people working in tea.
