Less is so much more!

Of all the podcasts in all the world, amid all the noisy hysterical have-to-make-every-and-anything-as-funnyas-possible-at-any-cost prerequisites of podcasting amid the dumocracy, the repellent decibel pushing advertising and the spirit crushing current affairs, lies this rarest of species, hidden away in good old Norfolk. Pure, uninterrupted and joyous. Every episode a breath of freshest country air. For an hour every week Chris and Matthew take us on a journey of wisdom getting and interaction, interbeing with the abundance of flora and fauna at High Ash Farm.
Our poor depleted environment is acknowledged, brought alive and enriched by this unique production, as am I every time I listen.

A Tonic for the People, & the Countryside

Only fairly recently discovered this show on BBC Sounds from Radio Norfolk & then was mystified & saddened to hear the show was ending. Such a brilliant show, so informative & uplifting. Why would the BBC end it?! Anyway I was delighted to hear that Chris & Mathew have had the foresight to continue on with their own independently produced show. It’s just as good a listen, a real joy. Brilliant!
