Lasted about 10 minutes into the last meal episode until the hosts started snarking about Aileen Wournos and banging on about how inappropriate Natalie Merchant’s Carnival is for a last request. One of them had never heard of Natalie Merchant let alone the song. Come on, it’s an interesting fact about an interesting woman and you couldn’t be bothered to make the effort to listen to it? It makes me feel like the hosts are just chasing True Crime podcast hype and aren’t actually interested in the stories.

I love Morbid so had to give this a listen too. Unlike reviews that it whips through too quickly, I don’t mind this. It does feel short, only because I’m used to the ‘not so mini’ morbids, but I like that if there was a case that interests me, I can jump on google and research further myself. Thank you for bringing another slice of listening pleasure, because we all know that feeling of waiting in anticipation for the next episode of Ash-centric and Alaina-tastic Morbid. You guys are the best!!
