Relevant, insightful and empowering

This is the most relevant podcast I have listened to. Full stop. On top of that it’s incredibly refreshing and inspiring to hear two female voices that I can wholeheartedly relate to and that in itself is empowering. Thank you Rebecca and Emily for all the insights and sharing your stories. I look forward to hearing more!

Genuine, brilliant and inspiring; can’t wait for more!

Brilliant first episode. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be easy to apply the discussions to other businesses (like care), but it 100% was. Reference was made to ensuring the podcast wasn’t simply a book review. Emily & Rebecca did a great job of explaining the premise of the book and how it has formed that process. And then further how it has helped to transform the culture within their own businesses. The conversation was easy to follow without having read the book. I laughed out loud walking down the street several times! Most of all, I felt inspired to think about how the business I work within might be able to apply similar processes. Can’t wait for the next episode!
