We're told from a young age what we need to do to be successful in life; to get an education and strive for jobs that guarantee a sizable pay and happiness. But more often than not this advice hurts us in the long run.  Each week we will listen to a different work perspective from those who have lived through it — through tales of desperation, workplace horror, and by the few who decided to cross the divide and go after their dreams.
