Erica is a product equity research and design leader whose work is grounded in human-centered design that aims to create equitable experiences for everyone, with solutions driven by ethics, empathy, human behavior, and the inclusion of diverse perspectives. Before Uber, she was the Inclusive Design Lead at Workday and the Senior User Experience Designer at Pivotal Labs.
Briana is a policymaker, advocate, and educator who has spent her career bridging public health, urban planning, and disability justice. She advocates for disability and housing justice within healthcare and policy systems and was previously a self-employed Communications and Policy Consultant. Briana also received the 2016 Advocacy Champion Award from the NYC Coalition of Behavioral Health Agencies.
