Today's episode is something I have wanted to talk about for ages but good old imposter syndrome had been stopping me, BUT I've pushed through and NOW feels like an important time to share.

I'm talking about revealing your true essence, your true authentic self, the YOU that is underneath all the masks we put on to hide our true selves.

Discovering me big three (sun, moon & rising sign) in my birth chart played a MASSIVE part in helping me come home to the true version of me and helped me peel back sooo many layers.

But I also want to talk about the importance of gaining an awareness and starting to understand our childrens big three, and how it can help us parent, nurture and support them as they navigate life, maintaining as much of their true essence as possible.
