MG EDINBURGH ,

Episode with Charlotte Herring

I have just listened to the first episode of the new season in which Jude and Charlotte talk about the importance of a holistic approach to mental health issues. They emphasise the need for combining several treatment modalities in the management of the individual suffering mental dysfunction. Western medicine tends to rely heavily on drug prescribing. Patients fare better in the long term when they are made aware of the effect that the external and internal environment is having on their mental health and when empowered to make positive long term lifestyle changes. There is no one single treatment that’s effective and ‘no one size fits all’ therapy.
A strong start to a new season in an excellent holistic therapy podcast.
Bring on more episodes !!

Ground breaking, brave & necessary

Perhaps one of the most important podcasts out there currently.
A hand extended as so many begin to take full responsibility for their health and power to choose what feels aligned with their wellness.
Such a fascinating collection of guests and I adore Jude.
