E17: Anshuman Bapna, Founder of Terra.do - On a mission to get 100 Million people working in Climate-Tech…what are the most exciting sectors in Climate & what skills are needed in the Green Economy 🙏
Yesss!!!! Welcome back my peoples.
We’re trying something new here…our first ONLINE episode recorded out my kitchen 🤣
Hope the audio quality and video quality is ok for you guys, I’m still learning a lot of this stuff.
I couldn’t have had a better guest to kick off the online recordings with, Anshuman is an absolute legend.
We had an incredibly wide ranging conversation on Climate.
Anshuman has an incredible career in tech before moving to Climate.
We covered why he moved to Climate, why this mission is important to him, and why he chose the mission of teaching 100 million people to work in Climate.
Anshuman has somewhat of a Birdseye view of the industry because he has his finger on who’s hiring, what they need, and how many they need…which gives him a very unique view on the industry.
I’ve spoken a tonne about why this mission is important, but I’ll say it again, getting people to work in Climate is THE biggest thing we can do.
If everyone stopped working for bad companies, they wouldn’t exist anymore.
And the more brainpower we have in impact companies the better.
We didn’t just talk about launching his business or the realities of running an online platform though.
We spoke about the geopolitics of climate, how adoption of climate-tech and sustainability changes across the world and MUCH MUCH more.
I hope you guys enjoy, this was an awesome convo.
Love!
Harry
