1) I don't feel confident doing squats but want to tone up my legs - what can I do instead?
2) I find it hard to stick to my dieting calories. I feel like my portions now aren't big enough and never satisfy me. I want to lose fat and I know I have to be in a calorie deficit for some time to do so but I struggle with consistency.
3) Do I need to change my training as I progress and get stronger or does it stay the same?
