Wellness to Wonderful with Dr. Lederman

Welcome back to another insightful episode of the Eat Live podcast. While it's a departure from our usual dynamic with my daughter Jenna, today's episode promises an equally enriching dialogue as I'm joined by a dear friend and esteemed colleague, Matthew Lederman MD. For those unfamiliar, Matt has been deeply entrenched in the realm of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine for decades. However, what sets him apart is his innovative approach, which extends beyond dietary excellence to encompass a holistic view of wellness. Today, we delve into his latest endeavor, "Wellness to Wonderful," a groundbreaking book co-authored with his wife Alona Pulde MD.

Really lovely and captivating to listen to!

My only complaint is that there isn’t enough episodes! As a young mom it’s wonderful to listen to in the car with baby. Every episode is full to the brim with information and I love listening to these two! Would love some episodes on feeding babies, how to raise children healthier. :) Also, easy meals for mom when she’s sooooo busy!

Motivation I need

I have been following Dr f for many years and when I eat to live I have great success, so when I need a kick up the b*m to get back on track I listen to his podcast or even better, his you tube videos - nothing like dr f going off on one to get you straight back on the eat to live.
