In this episode, I discuss a study that explores whether coachee personality influences the effectiveness of coaching. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes that coachee’s high in Openness, low in core self-evaluations and high in avoid goal orientation benefit the most from coaching and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
