We are working to reduce food waste in the hospitality sector. We are committed to a better sustainable future for all of us by making less food waste. Our podcast focuses on aiming for zero waste and join us on this journey as we introduce you to environmental organisations, new tech, and green start-ups. In today's episode 33 Sustainable directions, we speak to the G7 chef at the recent summit and a sustainable contract caterers and the University awards association on sustainability. We interview:

Nick Mead – from Eden Caterers talks to Green Kode about how they operate what is considered to be one of the most sustainable catering companies in the UK.

Claire Mitchell – talks about The EAUC’s Green Gown awards, a sustainability championship for higher education.
