It’s dedicated to health, fat loss, nutrition, training, performance and other lifestyle factors all in the name of helping you become awesome. All this along with a bit of banter, good laughs and stories of our own personal journeys we aim to change the quality of as many peoples lives as possible. I have been listening for years but felt compelled to write another review after the last couple of podcasts I’ve listened too. Absolutely loved the episode about sustainability and all the awesome tips provided and also loved the episode about resilience. Love you guys!

I flipping love these podcasts! I want to join in the conversations every time and Matt and Keris are so funny that I find myself laughing out loud on the train. So much good information and depth in this podcast and also I love how long they are. Brilliant, just brilliant!
