A favourite

I love listening to these two! During university they were my saving grace, giggling during my commute, getting ready and before bed. So great to get a balance of unbiased information, health science and experience from honest people with the interest of the health and happiness of others, whilst also just being a fly on the wall to their banter 😂 Please keep it up ❤️☺️

p.s. storm names are chosen in order of boy name then girl name repeat, going along in alphabetical order, e.g. Alice, Ben, Carole, Dennis, Eleanor, etc. :) xx

Self care episode is like they are talking just to me!

I have been following this dynamic duo for some time and successfully followed their fitter food programme before I had my daughter. I continue to listen to their podcasts as they ‘speak’ to me. Their last few episodes are as if they have been watching me and pulling me aside for a chat as completely where I am in life.

Having started to list to the self care episode, I decided the remainder of it was the perfect accompaniment whilst pampering myself. I have recommended to several friends who are in the same place and agree with Matt at the end I could have listened to more of it.

Love this podcast!

I have been listening to Matt and Keris for at least three years now and I think the podcast is only getting better and better. It’s super informative and you learn a lot, but more than anything else they make it fun, it almost feels like you’re sitting in on a conversation with them or their guests. Thanks guys! :)
