We covered how strength training differs from cardio, how to build muscle as a beginner and the 6 laws of muscle building, why and how building muscle and losing body fat is the key to a lean & toned physique, how nutrition plays a vital role in building muscle, how under eating, chronic dieting and being afraid of carbs is killing your efforts and why getting toned is cyclical and should be done in phases.
