Get up and Run!

I would buy this stuff bottled, if it came in bottles. In fact it’s free, so I wouldn’t actually buy it. But if I did, and I had the choice between a box, a carton or a bottle, I would choose the bottle. As long as the bottle had a lid. Because I would not want to spill any. Or let any evaporate in the heat. I would also not like a tiny fly to fall into it. I’m not sure a fly would survive. A fish might survive, but I’m not sure. But a fish would have to do some incredibly difficult moves (leap out of water, identify bottle with no lid, possibly in a crate with lots of bottles with lids, and then divert itself into the bottle. Seems like a lot to ask from a fish, especially the fish might go the same way as the tiny fly, and perish. So it needs a lid. A bottle top. Not a cork, although I understand they are quite good for the environment. A screw top ideally so I can ‘dip in and out’ of the episode I just bought. It will be quite comforting carrying around my own episode. I could access it even when there was no WiFi or even power. But I would need to keep away from breeding grounds for salmon. I think salmon would be the most likely fish to be able to contort themselves into a bottle. Or a flying fish. Unless there’s an acrobat fish I haven’t heard of but if there is I would keep away from them as well. Obviously.

Huw ! Couch to 5K series are great ! Kept my wife motivated and entertained as I joined her on her first runs for years . Got worried as I needed week six run 2 . However she is still motivated so congratulations to a great series for the starting runner .

The Gary House Episode is my favourite although I wish it was on YouTube because of his face.
