Like Oxygen

This podcast provides precious little pockets of space in which to access your own grief. No matter whether the interviewee’s situation is the same as your own or not, grief and it’s navigation is a universal affect. So much of daily life hastens us into disengaging with our grief, podcasts like this are vital in enabling us to let it back in - without it we are stunting ourselves emotionally and doing untold damage to our psyches.
