Uncomfortable Conversations with Josh Szeps
The world has never been more connected. Yet never more divided. We yell at each other from inside our echo chambers. But change doesn’t happen inside an echo chamber. It’s time to get out, to stretch our legs, to step on some land mines. It's time to have an uncomfortable conversation with Josh Szeps. A DM Podcast

Thoughtful conversations worthy of your time

Josh is a thoughtful, eloquent interviewer often with strong opinions, equally often loosely held. I may not always agree with his views but his conversations are always worth seeking out as they move a topic well past the thought-terminating cliches most of the rest of modern media rests at. He has single-handedly convinced this Aussie expat that intelligent, nuanced and, indeed, uncomfy convos are happening in my former home.
Not bad, not great

Decent enough podcast. Have listened to several episodes. Too obsessed with American culture war rubbish though. It gets pretty tedious listening to pseudo-intellectuals banging on about how wokeness will “kill us all” etc etc. I now tend to skip episodes on culture war issues. The interviewer is decent enough. He does at least challenge his guests rather than offering them an hour or two of sycophancy, as others do. Could be improved significantly by tackling more grown up subjects than wokeness etc.
