Eggonomics
Loved the business chat, great addition. Real depth, understanding and a different vibe to usual.
“… light-hearted…”?
This one’s not for me. It “…doesn’t take itself, or the game, too seriously”, so maybe I could be forgiven for thinking that the character of JB (played expertly by Jonathon Beardmore) was a magnificent parody of the familiar ranting right wing clubhouse bore - a rugby loadsamoney. When the penny dropped that this was not the case and this gentleman was honestly portraying himself and exemplifying the Dunning-Kruger effect in doing so, I was disappointed and unsubscribed. Saying that, clearly the presenters love rugby and have, through this long-running podcast alone, given a lot to the rugby community.
