Oh my gosh how do I begin to describe this podcast it’s such a friendly chat mixed in with serious issues but not in a way that makes you feel worried. Nayana the host is so sweet and has such a calming voice I ABOBSOLUTY RECOMMEND THIS PODCAST OVER OTHER 12/10

Growing with the flow is SUCH a good podcast- 11/10 would recommend! Would give it a 6 star, but I can’t! :( I’ve been listening this for hours straight. Even considering going Vegan! Nayna Florence is amazing! Thank you so much for making my favourite podcast! X
