Ep.114 Billy Baumann - The Life & Times of a Graphic Designer

When I first started my job at Astute Graphics I began listening to Adventures in Design Podcast of which my guest Billy Baumann of Delicious Design League was the cofounder. I liked the cut of his jib - he's a great designer, business owner, teacher, podcaster and a friend. And now I get to finally interview him about the life of a designer and how it's more than just design. Join myself and Billy for a great chat about all those things and more!

Late to the party...as usual🙄

Stumbled across the He Shoots He Draws podcast in late summer 2019 and have listened to many of the back episodes whilst avidly listening to the new releases.

Safe to say it is very engaging and provoked me to think about a number of aspects of my photography business. Long may it continue!!

Thank you Dave & Glyn

Such a great Podcast!

So I’ve never listened to a podcast before, and never really been got what they’re all about. After following Glyn’s photography for so long I downloaded an app that allowed me to listen the podcast. I was hooked after the first episode! Both Glyn and Dave are so inspirational, the fact they put so much effort into all the episodes really shines through. I’ve tried listening to some other podcasts but the just don’t seem to be as engaging as these guys. I love the catch up episodes with Glyn and Dave chatting putting the world to rights, really feels like you’re there having a chat with them. Dave has even got me looking at design in a whole new way and really appreciate the effort that goes in to design work. Honestly this is a fantastic podcast guys!
